Collards
Collards - Does well in hot and cold weather. Plant in mid-spring and again in late summer. Plant thinly 1/4 inch deep in rows 2 feet apart. Thin to 6 inches apart. Harvest only outside leaves. Light frost improves flavor. A packet sows a row 100 feet long.
